■■ Understanding Our Condition Labels
Every item is carefully inspected before listing. Here's what our condition labels mean:
NWT — New With Tags
Item has never been worn and original retail tags are still attached. Just like buying brand new!
NWOT — New Without Tags
Item has never been worn but the original tags have been removed. Still in perfect, unworn condition.
EUC — Excellent Used Condition
Item has been worn but shows little to no signs of wear. No stains, no pilling, no damage — just like new.
GUC — Good Used Condition
Item has been gently worn and may show minor signs of use such as light pilling or slight fading. Any notable
PLAY - Item has mild stains or excessive wash wear and will be a lower price due to that
Wear will always be mentioned in the product description.
■ Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size for my child?
We recommend sizing based on your child's current height and weight rather than age alone — kids grow at
different rates! When in doubt, size up since boutique brands often run true to size or slightly small.
Do boutique brands run true to size?
It varies by brand. Premium brands like Kyte Baby and Magnetic Me tend to run true to size, while some smocked and heirloom styles may run slightly smaller. Feel free to message us with specific sizing questions before purchasing.What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes from Preemie through size 8, including Preemie, Newborn, 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–12M, 9-12M, 9M, 12–18M, 18–24M, 2T,
3T, 4T, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Use the Shop By Size menu to find exactly what fits right now.
■ Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! I ship nationwide. Shipping is typically an $8 flat fee.
How long does shipping take?
Items are shipped within 2-5 business days. Items are typically delivered to customers within 2-5 business days after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.
■ Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because each item is unique, we do not offer a return policy. All items are final purchase. However, please feel free to contact us if you are disappointed in your item. We want happy customers and will make things right.
What if my item arrives not as described?
We take great care to accurately describe and photograph every item. If something arrives in a condition that does not match the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been shipped, orders can be cancelled.
■ Local Pickup
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area. Select local pickup at checkout and we will reach out to coordinate a convenient pickup time. We offer a local dropbox as well for your convenience. Local delivery is also an option at an additional $8 fee within 20 miles of the local pickup area.
