Understanding Our Condition Labels

Every item is carefully inspected before listing.

NWT — New With Tags
Never worn; original retail tags are still attached.

NWOT — New Without Tags
Never worn; original tags have been removed.

EUC — Excellent Used Condition
Worn with little to no signs of wear.

GUC — Good Used Condition
Gently worn and may show minor signs of use such as light pilling or slight fading.

PLAY
May have mild stains or heavier wash wear and is priced accordingly. Any notable wear will be mentioned in the product description.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size for my child?
We recommend sizing based on your child's current height and weight rather than age alone. When in doubt, size up, since boutique brands can vary.

Do boutique brands run true to size?
It varies by brand. Feel free to message us with specific sizing questions before purchasing.

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes from Preemie through size 8. Use the Shop By Size menu to find exactly what fits right now.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $7 for orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more ship free.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. After shipment, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because each item is unique, all purchases are final sale. If you are disappointed in your item, please contact us so we can help make things right.

What if my item arrives not as described?
If an item arrives in a condition that does not match the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not already shipped.

Local Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. We offer free local pickup in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area. Select local pickup at checkout and we will coordinate pickup details. A local dropbox is also available. Local delivery may be available within 20 miles for an additional $8 fee.
